Job Title: Temp Admin Assistant to HR Training & Development Team

Start: ASAP

Duration: 2-3 months

Location: NYC (onsite 5x per week!)

Hourly Rate: $20-25/hour

Job Description: Looking for someone with strong administrative skills who can coordinate activities and create PowerPoints and organize HR materials


  • Aid in coordination with travel department
  • Print outs, training supply sourcing printing and shipping if needed
  • Help in Room set up for training in office
  • Coordination with catering
  • Aid in entertainment/dinner reservations
  • Sign-up sheet creation for trainings (to be ready to communicated by us)
  • Training material (decks/recordings) uploaded to the training drive as needed
  • Gift bag assembly for trainings
  • Liaison with IT team for support during trainings and troubleshoot as needed
  • Update main training calendar per team request if there is a new set date for a training
  • To download Excel reports from back-end platform, extract key information and turn into e-mails reports
  • To draft e-mail communications such as announcements, guidelines, weekly e-mails, reports, follow-ups
  • To customize training templates (e-mails, PowerPoint presentations, etc) on a project basis (dates, locations, specific project information, etc)
  • To prepare training materials (editing, printing and shipping)
  • To organize training digital folders and files
  • To support training department as needed.


  • 1-2 years in administrative background
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Great communicator
  • Quick learner
  • Experience in fashion/retail industry required

Expected salary: $20 – 25 per hour
