Catchlight is a new software solution that helps financial advisors prioritize and optimize their leads and prospects and seeks a Marketing Manager. Catchlight launched in January 2022 and is now available to financial advisors across the United States. Visit https://catchlight.ai for more information.

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and raise awareness for the Catchlight startup, which will offer innovative software solutions to help financial advisors grow their business through AI-derived insights.

The Catchlight team owns the entire platform including sales, marketing, product, design, data science, and software engineering. We believe in design thinking, a lean startup approach, and the principles of agile. Catchlight is currently in invite-only Alpha with advisors and is planning a launch within the next year. As the first dedicated marketing professional on the team, you’ll have the opportunity to create the marketing and messaging strategy and help shape the platform.

The Experience and Skills You Bring

  • 5+ years conceiving and executing successful B2B and B2C marketing communications programs to meet lead generation and sales targets, ideally for a software-as-a-service solution and/or startup
  • Ability to lead and execute messaging and awareness initiatives for a new proposition, run multiple cross-functional projects, consistently set and meet goals, and continually reprioritize efforts based on market feedback
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with sales to identify and cultivate leads throughout the sales funnel, define a systematic marketing and sales process.
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing customer journeys mid-flight
  • Experience running A/B and multivariate tests to optimize engagement, delivery, and refine CTAs a plus
  • Ability to craft a content production strategy to drive inbound leads
  • Action-orientation with entrepreneurial skills to deliver programs and build for future growth
  • Knowledge of Financial Services, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, influencer and referral marketing, and content marketing a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, display and programmatic networks a plus.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in communications or marketing, advanced degree a plus.
