As the Brand & Creative Workfront Group Administrator, you will own and manage the Brand & Creative Team’s Workfront experience and be responsible for the forward momentum, utilization, and optimization of the tool. You will work closely with the global System Administrator team and other Group administrators on global Workfront governance, ongoing tool updates and maintenance. This role will also work with partner teams across the globe and in all departments within and outside of Marketing to improve and optimize the way we collaborate, plan, and deliver work. This position is a critical creative operations support role within the Marketing organization and Brand & Creative Team, providing a framework for end-to-end creative work from intake, planning, execution and delivery, through to reporting.

Key job responsibilities

  • Ensure that daily group administration duties and activities are taking place, including adding/updating/managing users, request queue management, and providing user support.
  • Configure, test, and maintain Workfront objects including custom reports and dashboards, custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, email notifications, statuses, job roles, layout templates, filters/views/groupings, etc. Communicate configuration changes to requestors and/or impacted groups.
  • Support capacity planning and resource management efforts to realize and reconcile resource utilization
  • Develop and lead employee training to ensure Brand & Creative Team users are proficient with the use of Workfront. Provide training on an ongoing cadence to capture new team members, provide deep dives into particular features, and cover new feature rollouts and configuration updates.
  • Evaluate user feedback submitted via the Creative Operations Support Queue for Workfront feature requests, bug reports, custom dashboards and report requests, etc. Participate in continual efforts to improve processes, optimize, gain efficiencies and support the tool to scale and continue to rollout additional features.
  • Outline an annual Workfront Roadmap plan that incorporates new releases from Adobe as well as additional existing feature rollouts and optimizations for the Brand & Creative Team.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of custom configurations and processes.
  • Work closely with the System Administrators on system best practices and utilization alterations to best serve the Brand & Creative Team group configuration, while staying compliant with the governance structure. Actively partner with System Admin Governance team to understand the Workfront product roadmap and translate it into how enhancements or system changes will impact or benefit Brand & Creative Team’s instance. Attend regular Governance meetings with System Admins and other Group Admins; represent and advocate for Brand & Creative Team’s requirements and priorities within the global instance.
  • Build strong rapport with members of the team you support.
  • Work with System Admins to to triage, troubleshoot and resolve incidents around any Workfront-instance related technical issues. Communicate bugs/incidents status, work-arounds, and resolution to the Brand & Creative Team.
  • Lead and oversee the identification, configuration, and roll-out of new or expanded work flows and use cases across the Brand & Creative team.
  • Conduct regular audits on system utilization and data to increase system quality, resolve inconsistencies, correct workflow and/or system integration processes, and ensure adherence to group and global governance standards.
  • Around 10% annual travel expected for team meetings to Seattle, WA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years as a creative project/program, producer, or account lead in a creative agency or similar experience
  • 2+ years of Adobe Workfront Administration experience. Workfront Admin Certification a plus
  • 5+ years using a project management system and have evangelized use of it with your business partners
  • 5+ years knowledge and proficiency with Project Management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years equivalent project/program, producer or similar experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of brand design and campaign processes
  • Knowledge of or photo shoot and production processes
  • Experience with brand strategy
  • Extraordinary and articulate communication
  • Both written and verbal organizational and interpersonal skills. The role requires a high level of patience, diplomacy and fortitude and a strong voice in an always evolving environment
  • Excellent time-management skills: ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with implementing change management methodologies in a large global corporate setting is a huge plus

The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $141,000 – 190,700/yr). Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. The base pay range for this position in New York City is $155,400 – 210,300/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
