Stock Plan Administration
- Directly responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and record keeping of United’s equity-based compensation plans that are in place to provide long-term incentive awards to senior management and the Company’s Board of Directors
- Point of contact for participant data maintenance in the stock plan administration database
- Collaborate directly with stock administration and transfer agent vendors
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on stock plans for payroll, tax, financial reporting, audit, and financial planning & analysis
- Regulatory filings for legal (form 3 and 4, 8-K, etc.)
- Preparing materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors for stock plan programs including annual proxy statement support, compliance with stock ownership guidelines and CEO Delegation
Executive Compensation planning and support
- Prepare materials and arrange logistics involved with new hires, departures and other movements at the officer level including assisting in preparation of officer offer, promotion, and separation documents
- Update appropriate HR systems in a timely manner
- Assist with the preparation of material for the Board of Directors’ Compensation Committee officer level compensation programs including Tally Sheets
- Participate in executive salary surveys
- Responsible for all officer related requests (e.g. salary and title changes, contact information, etc.)
- Administer officer related perquisite programs and collaborate closely with officer related vendors (e.g. life insurance, rental cars, annual physicals, etc.)
- Provide support for other HR and company initiatives as needed (e.g., payroll, regulatory filings, audits)
- Partner with legal, payroll, HRIS and other departments on matters as appropriate

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- HR, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
- 4+ years of experience with compensation related programs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify problems and solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Project management, organizational and follow-up skills vital to prioritize and complete multiple projects and tasks and optimally meet deadlines
- Strict attention to detail; accuracy under pressure
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of stock plan admin, compensation, business management, finance and/or human resources experience
- Experience working with outside vendors to lead employee reward programs
