Job description: Evins Communications is seeking a Social Media and Creative Content Manager responsible for developing and implementing a social media strategy focused on engaging audiences and strengthening agency awareness and reputation. The position develops digital copy & content, manages graphic design, social media, and digital marketing & advertising for Evins. The position will report directly to and work with agency leadership. *Please note that this is not an all-inclusive list and that employees may be asked to perform additional duties.


  • Conceive and implement a social media strategy including visual identity, content and posting cadence
  • Project management and daily completion of agency promotional initiatives
  • Lead in conceptualization and creation of original and engaging visuals and copy that drive engagement across social media channels, website and via collateral including a monthly newsletter
  • Create and maintain social media / digital content calendars
  • Daily community management of agency social media channels
  • Daily monitoring of social media and digital landscape for agency mentions, opportunities and areas of concern
  • Work with the executive leadership team to design and ‘beautify’ presentation decks and agency/client materials
  • Share insights on current issues and trends relating to the digital landscape
  • Perform competitive and trend analysis
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis (audits) for various agency initiatives / opportunities, as well as for the industries within which Evins operates for development of strategic recommendations
  • Maintain a real-time digital presence during agency events and conferences
  • Assist in industry best practices aggregating and reporting.
  • Perform a variety of admin tasks as needed, including creation of meeting agendas, notes, call recaps, etc.


  • This position is NYC-based and the candidate must be able to come to the office (adhering to all COVID-19 protocols) hybrid work model
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • A passion for social culture and the evolving digital/social media environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Understanding and experience with all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook / Meta, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest) as well as apps (TikTok), preferably in a business capacity
  • Graphic design knowledge and familiarity with programs such as Powerpoint, Canva and Adobe Illustrator
  • Understanding and experience with digital advertising through Google and Facebook/Meta
  • Knowledge and experience with SEO/SEM
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Outgoing personality, networking ability, and desire to work as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively in all written and verbal reports
