Job description: We are looking for an experienced senior attorney to help our clients achieve favorable outcomes with legal matters. You will advocate for clients, advise them on the best course of action, and implement their legal support plan. You should have previous trial experience, be able to manage a heavy caseload, and use your general counsel experience and interpersonal skills to mentor our lower-level associates to ensure a continued legacy of prosperity. Counsel associates to resolve or prevent conflicts

Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels

Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions

Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings

Get appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responses


Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills

Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision

Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school

At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney

Prior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration
