Vaco, LLC has teamed up with our client a superior, Global Software Company with locations in Minneapolis, MN. and Atlanta, GA We have been asked to identify a Legal Billing Analyst/QA Analyst. This person will work closely with more than one legal professional offering a strong level of exposure. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-profile collaborative environment and have experience with Legal Billing and preferably have a Juris Doctor degree.

OUT THE ROLE

This is a high-profile role offering a strong networking component to a consulting role. You will me a pivotal member of the Institutional Asset Management Billing Team. Assist Senior Management analyzing Billing and receivables and complete analytic special projects

• Juris Doctor
• Prior US and International legal invoice review and analysis experience in a legal invoice analyst role.
• Legal services or legal invoice auditing environment
• Prior experience in auditing claims litigation.
• Prior work experience with an insurance company.
• Experience in handling appeals of legal invoice claims adjustments.
• Prior experience with direct communication with law firms in a legal invoice review context.
• Experience with handling conflict with law firms, in writing and telephonically.
• Highly developed communication skills, including both excellent written and verbal skills.

Expected salary: $35 per hour
