We’re looking to add a Property Management Administrator to our real estate development business unit. The position will be filled by a motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. This position is required to interact daily with management as well as customers via email and phone communication. They must be approachable and present a professional appearance and positive attitude when dealing with all internal and external individuals.

Responsibilities:

Scan, File, and proofread documents

Assist with project file compiling

Assist with any Accounting related tasks relating to Real Estate or Property Management

Hours Reconciliation for maintenance related items

Manage communication between management, maintenance persons, and tenants with Real Estate and maintenance related items

Disseminate maintenance surveys and compile reports to review with Management Team

Manage UpKeep or other maintenance tracking related software items

Manage database of Maintenance related items

Input all requests into tracking software’s and manage purchase order issuing and tracking

All other duties as assigned or needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

High School diploma required; Technical degree preferred in related field

2+ years of administrative experience in similar work environment required

1+ years of real estate administrative work or project based administrative experience preferred

3+ years of customer service experience required

Excellent proficiency with MS Office software including Word, Excel, and

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

Excellent typing speed

Proficiency with QuickBooks software program

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attentive and timely in responses

High attention to detail and ability to work independently with little direction

Collaborative and cooperative work style internally and externally with a “can do” attitude

Ability to be available Monday-Friday with flexibility

Ability to be available Saturday and Sundays if necessary

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit in the stationary position for more than 60% of the time

The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, front desk or other employee offices.

The employee will frequently use their hands/fingers to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, copy machine and computer printer.

Must be able to read a computer screen, work orders, memos, and emails and any other property management-related documents

Must be able to speak in order to convey information to customers

Must be able to hear directions provided by customers or other employees
