Position Summary and Description- Private Banking Operations, CTB is looking for a project management/ business analyst role to provide day-to-day support for retail banking-related products and services. This role requires the candidate to create and support project plans, integration milestones statuses, engage cross-functional teams where needed to discuss integration analysis and impact, setup calls, take meeting minutes, and presentation updates for various integration forums and meetings. The Private Bank Operations (PBO) Change the Bank team manages cross-divisional, cross-product, and firm-wide initiatives on behalf of Private Banking Operations and the Private Banking Group within Wealth Management.


Bachelors Degree

-At least 3 years of finance industry, project management related experience

-Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Outlook

-Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills

-Ability to think and act like an owner

-Ability to take direction and work independently, as well as in a team environment

-High level of attention to detail and understanding the importance of accuracy in quality of work- downstream impacts

-Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers to analyze and understand the UAT requirements/user stories.

-Design test scenarios and derive detailed test cases to ensure complete test coverage

-Identify test data needs and create/procure test data working in conjunction with SCRUM team.

-Assist UAT in execution of test cases, report defects and track until closure.

-Identify and highlight risks/impediments impacting testing progress.

-Execute Sanity and Regression Test suites

Role is Hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week.
