Designing, creating and executing the brand strategy for is at the core of this position leading to the definition of TDP brand’s visual story for the development program. Brand development activities will be fully integrated with program management functions for, leveraging a participant first mindset. This position encompasses dual role of brand development and program management

This job requires expert level experience to:

Related to brand development and management responsibilities:

  • Design and develop award-winning and provocative brand experiences and communications
  • Brand strategy definition and execution plan
  • Develop design concepts in areas including brand, user experience, digital and print
  • Collaborate on projects with corporate brand team and create best-in-class design solutions that are strategic, on brief and on brand
  • Develop brand design guidelines and articulate and intelligently present design concepts
  • Infuse storytelling into all brand experiences to continue elevating the TDP brand

Related to Program Management responsibilities

  • Think strategically to create funnels of diverse, qualified talent by partnering with AT&T College Recruiting, employee referrals, external reskilling/upskilling education groups, and internal employees interested in launching tech careers via TDP, positioning AT&T as an employer of choice in a highly competitive landscape
  • Communicate to influence and inform executive leadership (written, spoken, and visual)
  • Create written and visual communications to drive candidate interest, motivate accepted candidates, and impact program participants
  • Generate or modify processes in support of program needs, update documentation to match, share changes with stakeholders and interested parties
  • Make recommendations and/or decisions regarding tooling updates, changes and purchases in support of program needs
  • Collaborate with TDP participant supervisors on program experience
  • Independently manage multiple large-scale projects under tight timelines with the ability to adapt to change when needed

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • 5+ years of experience in a design, advertising or marketing agency
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) and be able to demonstrate outstanding technical skills in using these software programs.
  • Good understanding of the production processes for digital and print media that ensures flawless transfer of design content to design execution
  • In depth understanding of UI/UX design, After Effects, XD and Motion graphics is a plus
  • Continuous improvement mindset via constant evaluation of the most critical area to spend your time, identifying ways to eliminate less critical work through efficiencies or automation,
  • Desire to work in autonomous position with high impact and great importance, building the diverse technology workforce of the future
  • Self-starter, team player

Experience: Typically requires 8-10 years’ experience
