What You’ll Do:
You’ll lead performance and pay management efforts, working as a member of an important human resource team in support of the agency– the combat support agency within the Department of Defense tasked with providing accurate, timely intelligence products in support of national security.
Your responsibilities will be important and extensive – you’ll be the focal point for career development and performance management for the entire workforce, to include the senior leadership.
Everything from coaching senior leaders, developing pay and performance evaluation criteria, guiding other human resource professionals, and developing and delivering training materials will be within your purview.
You’ll work closely with your LMI program manager and the rest of the human resources program team to reward talent, monitor performance, and ultimately retain the best talent within the agency.
Experience You’ll Bring
Approximately three years of experience in performance management within the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS), with two years of experience working with senior-level officials in this capacity. A bachelor’s degree is required. You must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
