Job title: Onsite Admin Support – Greenville, OH
Job description: Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill an Onsite Admin Support role in Greenville, OH.
At Adecco, an Onsite Admin Support can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
This is a long-term contract position. The shift is Monday through Friday 9 A – 4 PM and pay rate goes up to $25/hr based off experience and interview!
Responsibilities for this Onsite Admin Support includes: * Scheduling new hire orientation
- Building and managing associate orders in Adecco systems
- Correcting associate time card issues via Kronos and Peoplenet
- Tracking attendance infraction of Adecco associates
- Assisting team with associate terminations
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; or 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a less complex environment.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks. Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
