Job description: Position: Legal Risk Analyst (Global Law Firm)

Company: Global AM 100 Law Firm (WFH Hybrid Schedule)

Comp Package: Base salary to $65K, Paid Overtime, Full Benefits, Tuition Reimbursement, Bonus, 401K+, etc.

Responsibilities for Legal Risk Analyst:

• Produce and provide first level analysis of reports for Conflict Check Requests relating to new business, Lateral Hires and Trade Report Requests
• Conduct research via internal and external sources
• Assist with the Audit Letter Inquiry process
• Analyze and produce data for new business/matters at the firm
• Provide Insider List, Legal Holds and Firewall support to the firm
• Conduct Professional Responsibility and Risk trainings to various stakeholders

Qualifications for Legal Risk Analyst

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6+ months of relevant law firm or professional services firm required
• Experience with Legal Key, IntApp Open or similar is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly; multi-task, understand a diverse array of Firm systems, technology, and departmental operations
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently and as a member of team
