As an IT business analyst, you’ll develop leading-edge systems. Partnering with your team of developers, testers, business analysts, and DevSecOps engineers, and leading user experience specialists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to users and clients.

2+ years of experience with business requirements analysis
Experience with defining, translating, and simplifying business requirements and documenting business rules and impacted processes or systems
Ability to create use cases and user stories, gather and document technical and operational requirements, and create mockups
Ability to provide traceability of requirements
Ability to support testing and validation activities to confirm requirements are successfully translated to technology solutions
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
Experience with Agile processes related to development projects
Knowledge of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design
