  • Assist in the execution of the agency’s Information and Communications Technology and Service (ICTS) Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Strategy, Implementation Plan and Roadmap to ensure alignment with guidance from NIST SP 800-161 as well as compliance with FISMA and other federal requirements.
  • Perform supply chain and supplier risk analysis, develop briefings and papers for all levels of leadership, and conduct research in support of supply chain initiatives.
  • Apply critical and analytical thinking skills to translate complex information into understandable and impactful work products.
  • Communicate with clients through written reports and oral presentations, interface with senior leadership regularly.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise in assessing supply chain threats and vulnerabilities to identify and prioritize risks related to ICTS.
  • Develop recommended courses of action and implement mitigation strategies to reduce the impact or likelihood of disruptions to the agency’s mission.


  • Must be a US citizen. Active Secret is required (active TS/SCI is preferred.)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Ideally the candidate will have a degree and/or experience in information security, supply chain management, enterprise risk management, business administration, engineering, or similar discipline. Graduate degree and/or relevant professional SCRM or project management certification preferred.
  • Experience: Preferred 3+ years relevant experience providing SCRM support to senior government leadership or in commercial or Federal supply chain risk management.
  • Experience and familiarity with Federal acquisition programs and ICTS SCRM programs (to include anti-counterfeit programs).


  • Experience and familiarity with ICTS supply chains (hardware, software, and services).
  • Experience with Information Security or Enterprise Risk Management programs
  • Understanding of NIST SP 800-161, FISMA, NDAA Section 889, Cyber Security Framework, and other relevant standards, guidance, and regulations related to ICTS SCRM.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external staff members, and the ability to work independently.
  • Self-directed, detail oriented in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks according to senior staff requirements.
  • A team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, tact, ability to interact effectively with senior executives.
  • Rapidly prioritize competing requirements, understand, and simplify client requirements.
