POSITION SUMMARY:

The HR Systems Lead will be a key member of Dover’s HR systems team. Dover has implemented Salesforce, SuccessFactors GlobalView and eTime as its collective HR systems Landscape. The objective is to drive Talent initiatives, HR Efficiency and organizational data requirements.

The HR Systems Lead will take on a key role in the system implementation and support activities. As the HR Systems Lead, this position will be exposed to Salesforce, Success Factors, GlobalView, and eTime and directly work on various system functions such as configuration, interfaces, reporting, training and global system support. The scope and breadth of responsibilities will vary substantially based on timing and project workload. The responsibilities will vary from high level planning and strategizing to project managing various sub projects to directly engaging in triage of complex system issues, system configuration, data loads etc. Lastly, this person will also be tasked with being a liaison and issue resolution across various Dover functions beyond HR, such as IT, Legal, Compliance and Finance.

This person will also be responsible for interacting with the Dover payroll and timekeeping team and help triage payroll related issues on ADP’s GlobalView system (SAP Payroll) as well as ADP’s eTime system.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNTIONS:

  • Experience implementing or managing Salesforce case management, portal and knowledgebase.
  • Significant involvement with SuccessFactors system implementation through project management and participation in design, testing, and data conversion for core and add on modules
  • Work with functional and technical teams to provide system support and help triage urgent and complex system issues (Tier 2 support). This includes collaborating with and supporting the India AMS counterpart, who will head up the offshore support team.
  • Ability to analyze, triage and resolve ADP GlobalView Payroll (SAP) and eTime (Kronos) issues as they relate to data and configuration.
  • Conduct and coordinate testing when new update patches and/ or new releases have been implemented in Salesforce, SuccessFactors, GlobalView and eTime.
  • Develop, document and maintain system admin procedures, job aides, & employee resource guides
  • Develop system reports and data queries

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Administration of Salesforce Case Management, Portal and Knowledgebase
  • Ability to support and configure Salesforce application, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, as well as experience managing support activities through Salesforce
  • Implementation or system support for SAP HCM and/or of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Understanding of SAP Payroll with ability to triage SAP Payroll related issues
  • Knowledgeable on basic Timekeeping concepts along with eTime experience and ability to support the eTime application
  • Ability to build reports in SuccessFactors Advanced Reporting tool and in Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, with ability to directly configure and manage integrations
  • Strong Knowledge of relational databases as well as ability to build system reports
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR Functions, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance / Talent Management Preferred
  • Ability to work independently
