Job description: We are looking for a Front Office /HR Coordinator to help with the organization’s daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, professional, and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will need to be a “go-getter” and be able to multi-task. Our office is a high-paced and fun environment and we need a person that will be able to keep up with the demands of the team.


  • Human Resources knowledge
  • COBRA, Terms, New hire orientation, Benefit Enrollment.
  • Answering multi-phone lines, screening and forwarding incoming calls
  • Own all areas of office kitchen and lounge area
  • Own all areas of the lobby (greeting m guests &visitors, etc.)
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Fed Ex, Mail (Postage), and UPS
  • Own the organization of the office supply room
  • Manage the process for ordering office supplies
  • IT Help Desk point person
  • Own all aspects of the wireless communication systems – iPhones and iPads
  • Assist with general clerical/Admin duties as needed, filing, faxing, copying, and mailing
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare all outgoing mail and packages
  • Create and distribute phone lists for field and office
  • Set up computers and phones for all new hires
  • Own Outlook email addresses and distribution lists
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Assist in various daily operations
  • Assist with employee terminations
  • Assist Human Resources with different tasks
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Assist the HR department (on-boarding)
  • Run errands for the office
  • Creates Purchase Orders (PO’s)


  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Be motivated
  • Computer literate/Tech Savvy
  • Have a valid Drivers license
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Be able to communicate clearly and effectively verbal and written manner
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Outlook, Excel

Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
