As a Custom Collateral Specialist in Enterprise Creative Solutions (ECS), you will be collaborating with teammates to deliver client requests within a content management system. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining solid partnerships with colleagues and clients while supporting the development and implementation of multi-channel deliverables for print and digital applications.

You’ll be applying your solid background in graphic design and your software knowledge across an array of deliverable types, formats and printing methods. You’ll be responsible for applying changes to template iterations, producing components for campaigns and/or single executions, and performing pre-press and file preparatory checks that adhere to agency/bank standards of file construction, production requirements, brand, style, color space, size, resolutions and format.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project accountability to meet objectives, deadlines and workload
  • Partner with other ECS disciplines and Marketers to provide comprehensive and inclusive project management
  • According to production specifications, conduct all phases of project execution required for project release to printers, service bureaus, etc.
  • Maintain electronic job folders and documentation
  • Make all documents ADA compliant
  • Consistently communicate with team regarding project details, specifications and status

Required Skills/Traits:

  • Minimum 5 years account/graphic arts-related work experience
  • A college degree or its equivalent
  • Highly organized, with keen attention to detail
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative manner on simple to complex projects
  • Fast-learner with demonstrated success in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work without compromising quality

Software Must-Haves:

  • CS6 Suite – including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro
  • MS Office Suite ­ including Word, PowerPoint, (strong proficiency), Excel, Outlook
  • Mac/PC cross platform
  • HTML (a plus but not required)

Pluses:

  • Familiar with ADA requirements (a plus but not required)
  • Prior experience working with or for financial institutions
  • The ability to establish job specifications to conform to project scope and budget parameters
  • An enthusiastic approach with an infectiously positive point of view, and a highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Organization skills to maintain job folders, assets and other project-related documentation
  • Show the flexibility to fulfill design, execution and testing roles
