The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is the site where the first H-D factory – a wooden shed – was built in 1903 in the backyard of the William C. Davidson family home. Join our team as a Analyst Business Process.
The Business Process Analyst will support Business Stakeholders in determining and defining the processes requiring ERP integration and then implementing them from conception to production. This position facilitates and gathers user requirements to determine best practice business processes for Product Data Management in order to develop and deliver efficient and effective business solutions. This position also leads and/or executes the testing of end-to-end business processes to confirm the process and solutions meet requirements and resolve defects.
- Demonstrates working knowledge and experience in data management.
- Demonstrates working knowledge in the testing of end-to-end business processes.
- Solves business process issues related to interfaces, and reporting capabilities by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience and judgement.
- Effectively communicates complex information involving system defects to others.
- Ability to drive results with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- Experience in project management and project implementation.
- SAP experience is preferred.
