Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Brand Director and business stakeholders to develop strategy for integrated media campaigns including, but not limited to digital display, placement of native content, affiliate content, search, boosted social posts, print, and out of home
  • Ownership of Texas Capital and Bask Bank media calendar which will encompass activities for the overarching brands, consumer banking (Bask Bank and Texas Capital Bank), product offerings (B2B), and sponsorship events
  • Manage relationship and strategy with advertising media agency to align with company’s strategic objectives
  • Build and maintain regional affiliate program to optimize targeted market campaign initiatives
  • Work closely with marketing research team to understand and uncover insights specific to target audiences and relay into media opportunities
  • Monitor impact and return on investment of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Vet affiliate and third-party vendor opportunities to innovate on new go to market strategies and to reach new audiences
  • Remaining up-to-date with the latest advertising and media trends to drive business initiatives now and forward looking to enhance overall effectiveness of media and advertising strategy

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experience in advertising, media or related field. Strong B2C background preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related degree
  • Extensive direct advertising experience with strong understanding of digital advertising techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Superior communication, problem solving skills and ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Self-motivated and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrates flexibility in a growing and changing environment
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Asana and Salesforce
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Pardot and SFMC, and Google Analytics
